At Spectrum Jewellery, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that the following conditions apply:
1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required.
3. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at spectrumjewellery.pk@gmail.com or by phone at 03265887669.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions mentioned above, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.
For exchanges, please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style, size, and color, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
